Varieties: Syrah 92% - Viognier 8%
Area: Afrati - Mytikas Evia
Vinification: Combining the two varieties with long extraction. Malolactic fermentation and 12-month maturation in new French oak barrels.
Tasting: Deep ruby color, nose with an intense complex bouquet, aromas of black ripe fruits, violet, licorice, apricot and in the background aromas from aging in the barrel. Mouth rich with a complex fruity spice sensation with very elegant velvety tannins, balanced acidity and finesse. Velvet texture and long aftertaste.
Aging: 10 years.
Unfiltered and unstabilized wine. Any amount of sediment in the bottle is normal. It is recommended to decant it into a decanter 30 minutes before consumption.
